Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

During launches or preorder periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

U.S.: 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Preorders

Some pieces are offered as preorder to ensure intentional production and limited quantities.

Preorder items will include an estimated shipping date on the product page

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready

If you need items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our pieces and limited collections, we currently offer store credit only.

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit via email.
